Private Real Estate Fund
We are currently looking for investors to invest in our real estate fund with targeted annual returns of 12-15% annually. This Fund has a minimum investment holding period of 5 years with targeted annually dividends of 1-5%. We are continuously looking for good deals to add to the fund. Please contact us to determine how you are able to invest. TFSA and RRSPs will apply.
Private Real Estate Deals
In Addition to the fund, we are looking for investors to work with on one-off deals for property flips or for targeted long-term acquisitions. These deals will vary based on the size and investor preference. Targeted returns will typically be in the 12-15% range but timelines may vary.
Lenders
We are also looking for lenders to provide capital for short-term flips or renovation projects. Please contact us if you or someone you know provides these types of loans.
